The RDS-HN, the Registrars can perform the following basic operations for Domain Names:
• Register
• Modification
• Renewal
• Elimination
• Transfer
• Suspension

The Registrar of a domain name is the only one authorized to perform any of the transactions referred to ccTLD. HN if the status of the domain name allows it. If the Registrant and/or contacts of a domain name wish to perform any of the operations mentioned above, they must request the service to Registrars, who must provide service to the Registrant and/or contacts of the domain names it manages.

Previous to requesting to the ccTLD. HN the operations mentioned above, the Registrar will be required to have authorization from the Registrant.

The Registrar, the Registrant and the Contacts accept that it is their duty to keep the information for contacts and domain names of its clients in the database registry ccTLD. HN Otherwise the RDS-HN reserves the right to suspend and/or delete the domain.
