1. The RDS-HN, as a standard practice, conducts monthly reviews of each domain registered, on the domain database ccTLD.HN. Domains under review are in an inactive state because of arrears in the payment, the RDS-HN reserves the right to remove them, upon notification to the contact indicated on the registration form.

2. A domain name is considered expired and is in arrears following the date on which the payment must be made.

GENERAL DISPOSITIONS
The registry of a domain name entitles the holder to use and enjoy it, the holder also agrees to abide by these policies for the duration of the registration term.
Each payment of domain registration or renewal shall be made in U.S. dollars or Lempiras. If the payment is made in the national currency (Lempiras), it must operate according to the currency exchange rate authorized for commercial banks.
