Applicants, Registrant, and Contact domain names that use the service, acknowledge and accept the policies implemented by the RDS-HN to register domain names under the ccTLD. HN, follow the rules, procedures, regulations, and appendices regarding the delegation of domain names, including registration, modification, suspension, cancellation, transfer, and disputes; therefore, any violation to accept those rules is their sole responsibility, exonerating the RDS-HN of any legal action which may be provided by the failure of regulation.
The RDS-HN manages the delegation of domain names .HN therefore, all transactions arising from the registration and/or use of domain names under the ccTLD. HN, which constitutes or could constitute violations of applicable law, is the sole responsibility of the Registrant of that Domain Name.
The official language used for ccTLD. HN registries will be in Spanish but the RDS-HN reserves the right to reply to messages and queries in English.
The RDS-HN can commercialize, modify, renew, suspend, remove, transfer, and / or inactivate a Domain Name if it is directed or ordered by a resolution issued by a competent authority.
1. The RDS-HN will maintain an information service on the website http://www.nic.hn; therefore, all users of the service must know, understand, and accept the information published.
2. All Registrants of a domain name under the ccTLD. HN must maintain a current registration; otherwise the Registrant will not be able to claim any right described in the use and enjoyment of this policy.
3. Any user who registers a domain name under the ccTLD. HN accepts that:
a. Understands the Internet operation, the terms and meaning of legal and technical words used in the registration system.
b. Accepts without any protest and commits to comply with and abide to the rules, procedures and the present policies of the ccTLD. HN without reservations of any kind.
c. Exonerates the RDS-HN, their administrative and technical staff from any civil liability, criminal or other legal action, founded by the failure of these policies, standards and procedures in the use of domain names registration under ccTLD. HN.
