1. FORMS OF PAYMENT:
Every domain name registration under .HN may be made by:
• Online Payment
• Bank Transfer, by sending the scanned copy of the deposit transaction to the following email nic-hn@nic.hn or faxed to (504)235-5721
• Direct Payment to the RDS-HN
• Under no circumstances shall RDS-HN make discounts for advance payments made for domain names, when they exceed the established period for registration.

2. MODIFICATION OF THE DOMAIN NAME:
Registrars are able to modify domain name registrations under the ccTLD. HN, which is understood as the following: 1. Contacts:
1.1 Administrative
1.2 Technical and / or
1.3 Of payment and billing
2. Add, delete or modify Name Servers (DNS).
3. The state of the domain can be modified by the Registrars.
4. Authorization code.

Under no circumstances will it be able to modify a domain name under the ccTLD.HN nor be transferred or reimbursed the amounts paid.

PROCEDURE TO MAKE CHANGES IN THE DOMAIN NAME:
To amend the following contacts Administrative/Technical/Billing/DNS requires the following:
• Be current with payments for the domain name.
• The applicant must fill out the application on the site http://www.nic.hn/registro.php of the owner.
• The applicant may submit the application in http://www.nic.hn/registro.php, including changes to the domain. This request should be accompanied by a letter of approval on letterhead and stamped by the entity/organization of the current owner. The letter may be sent via e-mail in PDF format to the RDS-HN or via Fax at (504) 235-5721.

3. RENEWAL OF A DOMAIN NAME:
• The validity of a domain name .HN is for oneyear; the renewal is appropriate only after a maintenance payment of $ 50.00 is received. The payment is valid for one year.Upon expiration of the renewal term, the domain will automatically fall into arrears; a grace period of 45 calendar days will be allowed to certify the payment of the service and proceed with recovery. If it’s not cancelled in the renovation period, the domain automatically will go to deleted status and will be available for anyone applying for registration.
• The reactivation of a domain must be made within 45 calendar days, after grace period, previous payment of the months in arrears is made, plus a fee of $6.00 for reactivation.

4. ELIMINATION OF A DOMAIN NAME:
By deleting a Domain Name, the domain is in a state of availability to anyone who requests it.
